Hi, I’m Taru, a beauty and fashion photographer, actress and former pageant girl based between Berlin, Manchester and Helsinki.

My journey into photography started through my own experience in front of the camera. With a background in acting and pageantry, I know what it feels like to be the person being photographed, and I understand how much the right image can influence the way you are seen.

Today, I bring that experience behind the camera, combining creative direction, an eye for detail and an understanding of presence, expression and storytelling to create imagery that makes you stand out.
